Job Title: Faculty Operations and Communications Manager
Salary: £32,600 to £36,672 per annum dependent on experience
With experience of developing and delivering staff engagement activities and communications channels you will proactively generate, lead and implement initiatives to enhance and improve staff engagement across the faculty; working with a range of University stakeholders.
As well as experience of producing internal and external publications and/or communications, you will be creative, innovative and technically savvy, have a strong understanding of using and developing social media, digital and staff intranet channels, with the ability to comprehend and rationalise complex and sensitive information, delivering key messages to a range of stakeholders.
As manager of the Faculty Operations Team, you will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of a portfolio of services which support the Faculty Leadership Team, Staff Engagement and Communication activities. Experience of leading, managing and coaching teams in a complex and busy work environment is essential.
