Do you feel bored when running on a treadmill? Would running with nature make you feel different?
A new study aims to explore the multiple benefits when people run on a treadmill with nature. You don’t need to be a runner, as long as you are confident in completing 3 treadmill runs on different days and are interested in taking part in this study.
