Job Title: Creative Media Technician
Salary: £21,605 to £25,023 per annum (pro rata) dependent on experience (fixed term until 31/03/17)
You will provide technical support in the creative media department within ACES and will assist in the maintenance and support of the photography darkrooms, studios, digital darkroom and other specialist media facilities and equipment.
You will assist in issuing equipment from the Creative Media Centre and assist with photography equipment research and procurement. You will assist lecturers with the setup and preparation of classes and demonstrate the use of equipment and facilities to both staff and students.
You should have a significant knowledge of analogue and digital photography, printing techniques, studio photography and darkroom practices.
