Job Title: Reward and Benefits Manager
Salary: £37,768 to £47,801 per annum dependent on experience (fixed term until 31/12/16 to cover maternity leave)

You will lead, manage and deliver our reward and benefit activity, while your two direct reports ensure the operational delivery of the service to managers and employees. A key aspect of your role will be liaising with significant external partners such as our three pension providers, overseeing pension auto-enrolment and ensuring compliance with scheme and statutory requirements.

You will also be responsible for the annual senior staff pay review process and ensuring that our approach to reward is consistent and applied fairly and equitably.
