Job Title: Customer Insight Assistant Officer (2 posts)
Salary: £18,212 to £20,989 per annum, dependent on experience
As an Assistant Officer, you will support the Customer Insight team specialisms of Big Data (admissions), CRM and Market Intelligence, working closely with the lead role Manager for your designated area of responsibility to assist in the delivery and evaluation of Customer Insight projects and activities across all data and information needs related to recruitment and student markets.
You will be dynamic, have demonstrable experience of delivering data-driven insights, be confident working with complex data sets, and for one of the roles will have experience of delivering marketing activities through a CRM system.
