Job Title: Service Improvement Assistant
Salary: £21,605 to £25,023 per annum dependent on experience (fixed term for 2 years)
As a Service Improvement Assistant in the Research Support Team you will be based in the Research and Innovation Office, which is a specialist directorate providing expert and professional support services to colleagues across the University who are engaged in research and innovation.
Working closely with the Pre-Award Grants Systems Manager your role will help enhance the implementation of Converis, the University’s Research Management System. This exciting new role will be fast-paced and varied with duties ranging from providing first-line support to users of the system to production of training materials and providing assistance with the design and delivery of stakeholder engagement workshops.
