The 2016 National Student Survey for final year students went live on Monday 1 February. Since then we have had an overall completion rate of 54% and raised almost £10,000 for the four Students’ Union RAG-approved charities; however, we still need more students to take part.
Our University strategy sets out our aim to be recognised as a leading University, known for an excellent teaching and student experience with highly satisfied students. The NSS is a key public measure of this.
A high response rate ensures that the information published about the University’s courses is representative. Plus it highlights areas of high student satisfaction, and tells us where we can improve.
The survey is open until 30 April and we would welcome your support in making students aware of the survey and encouraging them to take part if they haven’t already. More information is available on the NSS intranet pages including Faculty events, details about the RAG charities and how you can get involved in promoting the survey in your area.
