Job Title: Parent Ambassadors
Salary: Variable hours – £8.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
The Outreach and UK Recruitment Team works with prospective students and partner organisations to raise the aspirations of young people, and increase awareness of the benefits of higher education, mainly in the South Yorkshire region.
We are looking to recruit parent ambassadors to support outreach and engage with parents of prospective students. As a parent of someone who has been to University you are ideally placed to provide other parents with support and advice about University life, reflecting on your own, and your childrens’, experiences of progressing into higher education. You will support a variety of events and activities including open days, school and college open evenings, community events, and parent evenings.
We are looking for confident communicators, who can provide accurate advice and guidance to diverse groups on a variety of topics relating to higher education.
