Following feedback on the IT Help Points at Collegiate, we are reviewing how we provide IT advice to our students and exploring the best way to offer a service which is available when they need it.
IT Help Points at Collegiate are now in the main Atrium at Heart of Campus (in a new location, near the Granary café area). Face-to-face help is available as well as a new virtual IT Help PC which offers Chat for Help and self-help resources. The Help Points will be developed over the coming weeks to include more features and we plan to roll them out to other locations on campus.
