From next week we will run the IT Help Points from a single physical location at City (on level 4 of the Atrium) in preparation to expand the coverage of IT help across campus through kiosk-style contact points. Over the coming months, this will enable us to resource a virtual presence which students will be able to access from several different buildings.
For this to happen, the existing Collegiate IT Help Point, which currently operates in Heart of Campus, will close from Friday 29 January. The City IT Help Point will continue to offer face-to-face help from 8.45am to 4.45pm every day during term time, except on Wednesdays when it will open from 10am.
