This SHU Wellness course comprises of 5 sessions lasting 1 hour each which have been designed to give a complete overview of how to manage your weight effectively. The sessions will include information on heart health, nutrition, exercising effectively and barrier management, with optional weigh-ins in order to assess progress.
This course requires attendance on the following 5 Tuesdays at City Campus, from 12.15pm to 1.15pm;
