The Change Management at SHU (CM@SHU) community of practice aims to provide its members with support, guidance, tools and techniques to manage change and deliver continuous improvement.
The group meets quarterly to share best practice, problem solve and learn from the expertise of its members. It is an informal, open group with a rotating chair covering a variety of topics on the theme of change management as decided by its members. Presentations and discussions range from understanding customer needs and identifying the root cause of problems, to learning from mistakes and applying Kotter’s 8 step model for managing transformational change.
