Job Title: Student Support Officer (Helpdesk)
Salary: £25,513 to £31,342 per annum, dependent on experience
As a Student Support Officer you will make a significant contribution to the development of Student Services and work closely with your peers, academics and other managers to deliver an excellent Help Desk Service. You will lead a team responsible for delivering general advice, guidance and information to students. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of the Assessment Journey Programme.
We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be able to work collaboratively to find solutions to problems and have the ability to handle complex queries. You will be required to use your own initiative, whilst advising stakeholders appropriately in line with University policies.
