New IT Help Points in the Atrium and Heart of Campus

From 29 September, IT help will be providing a face-to-face service in the Atrium and at Heart of the Campus every day at designated IT Help Points. No appointment is necessary and students can turn up for advice. While it’s primarily a student-facing service, staff can also use it if they wish.

Please help to promote this to students as one of a range of ways to get assistance with IT which also includes Chat for help. (Chat for help is available via a desktop button on all student computers at the University and also through shuspace).
