The Venture Matrix team have been shortlisted in the Higher Education Enterprise Educator category of this year’s National Enterprise Educator Awards (NEEA).
The team were shortlisted for their work with the local community, engaging local school pupils with businesses, charities and university students on several enterprise activities at Hallam University.
The awards recognise excellence within enterprise education and celebrate those who have demonstrated exceptional and inspirational commitment to supporting student and graduate entrepreneurship in further and higher education in the UK.
The Venture Matrix scheme, unique to Sheffield Hallam, has been shortlisted alongside initiatives from Southampton Solent University and Newcastle University within the category.
Winners will be announced as part of the International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference (IEEC) Gala Dinner on 10 September.
