Clarity Travel Management (CTM) have made a number of improvements to their online booking system Go2book which came in to effect on 21 May. These include the ability to:
- Amend the dates of confirmed hotel bookings
- View who has been sent a booking to approve (and who has approved it)
- View Foreign & Commonwealth Office travel alerts
- View remarks that travelers have made about hotels

Additionally, the transaction fees that we pay to Clarity came down from 18 May. This spreadsheet details the changes. You may also find the SHU Clarity – fees document of interest as this is a price list of most of the services on offer from CTM.
