Museums Sheffield invites staff of Sheffield Hallam University to the launch of the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize on
Tuesday 5 May, 6-8pm at the Millennium Gallery
This exhibition of 59 shortlisted photographs, from an initial field of more than 4,000 features some of today’s most exciting contemporary photographers, including winner David Titlow. The selected images explore both traditional and original approaches to the photo portrait through intimate images of friends and family alongside revealing portraits of famous faces.
