On Thursday 16 April, the IT Help phone lines will move to the new Unified Comms system.
This upgrade will allow us to improve how we communicate with staff and students. The new system means we will be able to push messages directly to users and, in the long run, it will give us more options for disaster recovery as more staff transfer to Unified Comms. It will also give us the opportunity to record some calls for training purposes.
This will be part of a coaching plan to improve consistency and quality across the Help, Support and Guidance team in IS&T.
