Job Title: Senior IT Support (Professional and Business Support)
Salary: £25,513 to £31,342 per annum, dependent on experience (fixed term for 12 months)
Located in the IT Support team,you will maintain IT provision for learning and teaching (including open access spaces) for all university students, presentation and projection facilities, film and lecture theatre provision, and media editing suites.
You will have a technical support background, with experience of a wide range of application software and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. With the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, you should also have a keen interest in customer service and understanding of users’ needs and technical issues.
