Applications open for the Professional Services Development Programme

This will enable you to engage with a development programme tailored to your role in professional services and is intended to support the increased professionalism and career development of staff, and will deliver benefits for the individual participant, their team and the wider University.

The programme was initiated in October 2014 with a pilot cohort of 20 participants, all of which are currently engaging with a bespoke programme of activities suited to their needs as a group. They will be on the programme for one year, receiving a minimum of six skills sessions, mentor meetings, buddy meetings and they regularly complete a learning log reflecting on their continuous professional development. The second cohort will follow a similar structure, incorporating all of these aspects.

If you are interested in taking part in the next cohort of the programme please see the intranet page for more details. Briefing sessions are available for those that would like to come and hear more about the programme and its benefits (dates on the intranet page).
