Last chance to participate in Academic Stress Study

Studies show that almost 50% of UK academics have or are considering changing profession mainly due to stress.  Stress can wreak havoc with our minds and bodies and has been linked to numerous physical and emotional disorders.

There are ways to help manage stress and the aim of this study is to see which brief stress techniques work best and for whom.

If you are an academic, currently employed, over 18 and have a good knowledge of the English language, please visit https://shusls.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_6nbotv3JzRLbifz or email Pamela Maguire at stressacademic@gmail.com for further information.

This study is part of an MSc. Health Psychology qualification at Sheffield Hallam University and has been approved by the Sheffield Hallam University MSc. Health Psychology Course Ethics Panel.

You participation would really be appreciated and could result in better knowledge of brief ways to manage stress.  The deadline for signing up is Saturday 14 February.
