The Training Restaurant is a series of Student delivered Restaurant Sessions and the Food and Beverage Management students have devised a range of concepts for the spring menu.
The restaurant sessions are on until Wednesday 18 March. The Training Restaurant is located in the City View suite on the 12th Floor the Owen Building, at City Campus.
