This is a brand NEW course set out over 10 weeks. The course comprises of 5 bi-weekly sessions, which last 1 hour each and have been designed to give a complete overview of how to manage your weight effectively.

The sessions will include information on heart health, nutrition, exercising effectively and barrier management, with optional weigh-ins in order to assess progress.

This course requires attendance 12.15 – 1.15pm on the following 5 Wednesdays:
