The Facilities Directorate launched its refreshed Staff Intranet on Monday 1 December. The new contains an automated A-Z of webpages, Top Pages, Latest Modified Pages as well as a Who’s Who in the Facilities Directorate where you can search not only for contact information, but for keywords relating to a person’s role.
It also offers for the first time, an online version of the CCC (Compliments, Comments & Complaints) form which integrates the FD question box.
Go to the new homepage at https://portal.shu.ac.uk/departments/FDPub. For a period of time, users will be appropriately automatically re-directed from any old page to the relevant page on the new site to maintain a seamless transition.
We will be asking all staff what they think of the new site including its design, usability and features in early 2015.
