The University’s new job site went live on Monday 24 November. www.shu.ac.uk/jobs
The site – which is being promoted through the University’s social media channels – was developed by HR and Corporate Affairs in response to research which suggested we needed to do more to promote Sheffield Hallam as an employer of choice.
The site aims to:
- Enhance our reputation as an excellent employer and improve the applicant experience.
- Let potential applicants know what’s great about working here.
- Use storytelling e.g. through career profiles which showcase our employees and what jobs they do.
Our new e-recruitment system will be implemented shortly and will sit alongside the new job site.
