Do you want to get into running, but lack the motivation or confidence?  Do you want to improve your fitness level and wellbeing and become more active?

Run England are offering 8 free run sessions to staff who wish to complete a couch to 5k programme.

Aimed at runners very much at beginner level – all sessions will be led by an experienced Run England Run Leader offering support and advice.

The run sessions will take place every Tuesday lunch-time at 12.15pm at City Campus.
