Eight-week run programme available for staff.
Do you want to get into running but lack the motivation or confidence?
Do you want to improve your fitness level and wellbeing and become more active?
Run England is offering eight free run sessions to staff who wish to complete a ‘couch to 5k’ programme.
Aimed at runners very much at beginner level – all sessions will be led by an experienced Run England Run Leader offering support and advice.
The run sessions will take place every Tuesday lunchtime at 12.15pm at City Campus.
Starts Tuesday 21 October at 12.15pm
Meet at the entrance to the Sports Hall (next to the changing rooms, Surrey Building)
