Lelsey Ogden aims to lose two stones in weight as part of her effort to raise money for a children’s charity.
The money raised for her slim-a-thon will go to the Shooting Star Chase charity in memory of a friend who died from leukaemia.
The charity supports children whose lives are calculated in days, weeks, months or years, so every moment counts. Families are supported from diagnosis to the end of the child’s life.
This charity relies on donations so Lesley is hoping to attract as many donors as possible.
Her goal is to lose two stone in 10 weeks starting from 1 October 2014 and ending on 10 December.
But there is a twist to the tale. Lesley had her photo taken (which is on the website) and if you can guess her end weight on 10 December you could win £50. She was weighed me on 1 Oct and whoever guesses the nearest end weight will win the money.
