By the end of the course participants will have covered:
- Project management – what is it & how will it help you
- Project start-up – how to give your project the best start
- What your role is and what it isn’t
- How to help the project go to plan
- Risk management – what’s the worst that could happen?
- Your stakeholders – friends or foes?
Provides some theory but is mainly participative with delegates reflecting on how key aspects of project management relate to their own projects. This enables them to identify what actions they need to take to maximise their project’s chance of success.
The standard workshop can be adapted to focus on your team’s specific needs.
