The 2014 Contribution Pay process is currently open for applications, with a deadline of Tuesday 30 September at 5pm.
Completed applications should be submitted to Human Resources, preferably by e-mail to recruitment-reward@shu.ac.uk
Over the last few months we have been undertaking a review of the Contribution Pay process, taking into account feedback from employees who had applied, managers, panel members and the Trade Unions.
To encourage more applications, this year we have agreed with the Trade Unions to trial a number of changes to the process which include:
- a management nomination process to run alongside the existing self nomination process
- changes to the panel constitution
- changes to the way feedback is delivered and decisions are reviewed
