This summer we are investing about £600,000 in refurbishing the nursery to improve the facilities; including a conservatory, reconfiguring the layout of the building, installing a lift and redecoration and modernisation work. This exciting project is now underway with enabling works well underway to get Broomgrove Teaching ready as the interim home of the nursery while the refurbishment is carried out.
The nursery relocation is taking place mid-August, and the refurbishment at the Nursery will begin at the start of September until Christmas.
We are holding two Drop In Sessions at the Nursery where Head of Estates Projects, Dave Furniss and Claire Hamilton, Estates Communications Manager will be on hand to answer any queries that users of the Nursery services may have about the project.
