Development Programme 2014-15

Personal development is a continual, self-led process and can involve a range of different methods of development. Personal development plans are created as a result of your appraisal discussions and will include a variety of development activities. No matter what your role is at the University, we offer a wide range of opportunities to support you in developing your professional and personal effectiveness, your wellbeing, your leadership and management skills and your career progression.

One way in which you can meet your development needs is to attend one of the workshops on our development programme. We have planned in workshops for 2014/15, the details of which can be found on:
