As part of the improvements to the University’s wired and wireless network, IS&T is working on its upgrade of the Science Park network hardware which is planned to take place from 6pm on Friday 11 July until 8pm on Sunday 13 July.
IS&T staff are liaising with key contacts in the building to minimise any disruption and the team will be assessing the equipment there today to check if there is anything that needs special treatment. Access to the building will be restricted during the upgrade and the network (including telephones) will be unavailable.
