Sheffield Business School has long been a champion of the Sheffield food scene – and now we’ve helped the fair city get its own recipe book.
The Sheffield Cook Book is a beautiful, 224 page, full-colour book jam-packed with 50 recipes from some of Sheffield’s best-loved culinary folk, including chefs at The Milestone, Silversmith’s, Fancie, Ashoka and the Showroom. And it’s full of information about the Sheffield food scene too – with a spot reserved (of course) for telling the story of the city’s beloved Henderson’s Relish!
The Sheffield Cook Book was published with support from Eat Sheffield, the SBS-run initiative that champions local food, and you can grab your own copy of the book from the Eat Sheffield team in SBS.
