The University Strategy 2020

The University Strategy: 2014-2020 was approved by the University Board of Governors on 25 March 2014. We have developed the strategy over eighteen months exploring the aims, priorities and ambitions for Sheffield Hallam in the short, medium and long term with input from University Executive Group, PVCs, Directors and all staff. There is a programme of activities to be undertaken over the next 12 months to communicate, embed and promote the strategy to all university staff.

In May there are opportunities for all staff to attend a Q&A session on the strategy. These will be led by the VC and UEG who will share the strategy and answer questions. The dates and times are as follows:

The Faculties and Directorates will then undertake work and sessions on how the strategy will be delivered in teams/departments. We are also be seeking examples of SHU good practice that exemplifies the strategy which we can share across the university and use as examples when we are talking to our partners.
