Learn how to make lovely flower arrangements with gorgeous seasonal English flowers. The workshops are for small groups and take place at my home in Millhouses. The emphasis is on having a great time whilst learning a creative new skill. Groups are small (usually 3-5) so you get plenty of attention. Here are the new spring dates:
Saturday 29 March: Mother’s Day Workshop (10am – 12.30pm): Make a gorgeous bouquet of grouped flowers for your Mum and present it in a pretty Heron Cross jug (retails at £20). Only one place left.
Thursday 10 April: Vintage Flowers (6 – 8.30pm): Make 3 arrangements in an array of vintage containers (very pretty crockery and glassware) using a range of techniques. You will keep the containers to use time and time again.
Thursday 1 May: 3 decorated jam jars (6 – 8.30pm): Make 3 arrangements using hand-tying techniques in jam jars decorated with pretty vintage paper. You will be able to re-fill the jam jars all through the spring and summer.
Saturday 24 May: Impressive round table centre (10am – 12.30pm): Make a wonderful large arrangement using traditional methods (chicken wire instead of floral foam). You will be set up to make another arrangement later with the container and equipment which you take away.
