IS&T is launching a new service to allow teaching staff to view their timetables in Outlook. If you have activities timetabled in the 2013-2014 academic calendar, IT help will email you instructions about how to access your teaching timetable in Outlook. Please look out for the email because it contains a unique link to your calendar and if you delete it you will need to ask IT help for a new link to use the service.
Your Outlook teaching calendar will be available alongside your normal outlook calendars so you will be able to overlay them, see all your activities at a glance and check your availability. It will also allow you to view your teaching calendar on mobile devices.
