We are currently in the process of upgrading our SHUcards and Access systems and this has involved issuing new SHUcards to staff. We are now part way through this project and this will continue in the new year.
We advise staff to keep both cards until the project is complete. If staff have not kept their old card they may experience some problems where access has been changed as the new cards need encoding.
From the start of January we will be running sessions to encode the new cards at both campuses, or you will be able to visit the SHUcard administrator at City Campus yourself.
