Are you a woman interested in developing your leadership potential? Or, are you someone interested in helping those who are?
We are looking for applications from prospective female participants to take part in this exciting new leadership development initiative organised by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (LFHE)
We also need:
• Male or Female Mentors, and
• Female Role Models
to play a fundamental role in supporting the programme and the participants.
The LFHE say: “Aurora aims to enable a wider range of women in academic and professional roles to think of themselves as future leaders, to develop the skills they will need, and to help their institutions to maximise the use of the skills they acquire. This innovative development process will focus on women up to senior lecturer level or professional services equivalent”
