The University recently purchased a long lease on Arundel House, the building which sits on the roundabout at the corner of Arundel Gate and Furnival Street. The University has now put in a planning application to refurbish the building. This will involve work to improve the exterior, such as updating the cladding, entrance and windows, as well as a thorough interior refurbishment.
The building will be used as office accommodation for staff and is expected to be ready for use from the end of 2014 onwards.
Plans of the refurbishment will be on display and Estates staff will be available to discuss the project and answer any questions at an open session to be held on:
