We are aware that there is currently an intermittent problem connecting to the wireless network. Many people are connecting without a problem but some are finding they cannot connect, or may lose their connection and be unable to easily reconnect.
We are working with our suppliers to identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible. Some users are finding that trying again will let them connect successfully but if you cannot connect please contact ITHelp on x3333 where some details can be collected for further investigation.
