The Facilities Directorate has been an Investors in People (IIP) organisation since 1997 and gained Gold status in 2010. With nearly 20,000 IiP organisations across the UK, there are only 695 with Gold status. In this region, we are only 1 of 2 Higher Education organisations so this is a very prestigious accolade.
This successful re-accreditation means that again, the Directorate is recognised for being a world-class player in delivering great business results through its workforce.
This is a great early birthday present for the Directorate as we will celebrate our 20th year anniversary in 2014
