Second year students on the Managing Food and Beverage Operations course are presenting a series of special themed lunches between now and December 6.
Students will be cooking and serving Italian, British, Brazilian and American fayre among others in the newly refurbished training restaurant and presentation suite on Floor 12 of the Owen Building.
