The Peace in the Park festival promotes peace and understanding by bringing together communities through artistic, musical and vocal expression.
To fundraise for next year’s festival and local causes a 5-a-side football tournament will be held on Sunday 22 September from 11am – 5pm on the top field of Ponderosa Park with entrance via Oxford Street.
There are team places available for adults and under-18 groups, with trophies and prizes to be won. Food and drink will be on sale and a range of family-friendly activities will also be taking place throughout the day.
Adult team entry is £25 and under 18s team entry is £15. Please note a deposit of £10 per team is required per team for confirmation of booking. Entry for supporters is free.
