We have now started the appraisal cycle for this year. Appraisals can take place any time between April and September with paperwork to be submitted by 30 September. In April HR began monitoring appraisal returns as usual.

Workshops are being held to provide employees and managers with more information on the appraisal process, carrying out an effective appraisal and how the appraisal process fits with the University’s performance management cycle. The next scheduled workshop is now full but another is being scheduled for January, in time for the mid-year reviews.
