This year’s Hallam Union Volunteer Fair is on Friday 27 September. It will be promoting over 100 opportunities for students and staff to get involved with volunteering in Sheffield.
During the fair, and as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s nationwide ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ there will be coffees, teas, cakes, biscuits etc on offer for a small donation to help raise money. Last year’s coffee morning raised over £15 million to help Macmillan support patients and their families from the diagnosis, through treatment, and afterwards.
Please take time to visit the fair at the HUBS and browse or sign up for any of our volunteer opportunities. Or come and have a coffee and some cake to support the cancer charity. The event runs from 11am to 4pm.
