Over the last few months Jon Broadhurst, Head of Catering has been leading a working group to redevelop the existing hospitality products offered by Catering Services.
The group undertook extensive competitor analysis work to establish where we currently are in the market on product and price and where the new hospitality offer needs to be positioned. This follows feedback and issues raised by University staff along with recommendations from an external review of the catering service.
The new offer features a ‘delivered service’, as well as a new Hospitality Hub concept which provides a fresh, healthy buffet served in central points across both campuses. The Hospitality Hub idea can enhance your meetings and events by improving networking opportunities in the hospitality service areas.
