We have now started the appraisal cycle for this year. Appraisals can now take place any time between April and September (with paperwork requiring to be submitted by 30 September). In April we began monitoring appraisal returns as usual.

Workshops have been created to provide employees and managers more information on the appraisal process, carrying out an effective appraisal and how the appraisal process fits in with the university’s performance management cycle.
The next scheduled workshop is now full. We are assessing demand to establish if we can schedule another before the end of the appraisal period. If you are interested in attending a session, please do get in touch.
