Floor plans are being agreed for the desk changes to Library Resources.
The next steps are:
- John is going to ask Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) to check the floor boxes where new desks are being located – the floor boxes are in the correct position, but we need to ensure they are live.
- Julia is going to order crates for the initial moves.
- Once we know whether the floor boxes are all okay, we can finalise the date for the moves – Julia will double check requirements as we go along.
- Julia will arrange for the removal of the redundant shelves and furniture
