The activity based working focus groups will help to examine what activities our staff do, so that we can start to design a choice of work settings, each designed for different types of tasks.
We’ll be discussing the following questions in the group sessions – if you aren’t able to attend or would like to provide your answers online, you can do this using google docs.
What do you do?
How do you do it?
How much time do you spend at your desk?
How often do you attend meetings that take you away from your desk?
Do you have any special adaptations that are specific to you?
What are the limitations of your current workspace?
What is good about your current office environment?
What is bad about your current office environment?
Would it benefit your work to be located elsewhere? Would it make a difference to your time spent travelling between campuses?
